Within the scope of the event conducted by Dr. Büşra GÖK, important topics such as the relationship between youth, equality, and modernization values with the healthcare profession; concepts of gender and ethics in healthcare; gender equality in healthcare services; conscious and unconscious biases among healthcare professionals; professional ethical principles; and patient rights were discussed. In addition, the impact of discrimination on healthcare services was evaluated, and interactive discussions were held with students through gender-based case scenarios and ethical dilemmas.

Through group activities, students developed solution proposals, discussed what the appropriate approach in healthcare services should be, and shared their perspectives. Alongside the educational process, students’ social interaction and team spirit were also supported through book reading activities, team games, and nature walks.
